Magnificent central location and amicable staff. Easy walk to Casino Kuban.

The rooms were well-appointed and freshly decorated with too beds and had all necessary facilities.

The room is airy and new-fashioned with modern decor. The location is perfect and exceptionally nice, a 10-15 minute walk from a night club. Area is beach and really close to the 3 main restaurants, helios and Laguna since then, and the town centre.

Your own beach, the animation isn't bad.

The facts without the fluff

A fantastic location just a short stroll to the beach. The kids loved the water slides! Really good staff, with clean rooms and plentiful food options. The kids' club was a hit, and the relaxed atmosphere allowed us to unwind. We'll be back next year for sure!

- Hotel was excellent staff and animation team was great. - Near to beach (200m) where one chair is 7 Leva and 7 Leva umbrella (~3.5 euro). - Clean and big rooms(one big double room and one extensible sofa). For baby have special bed, very clean. - Many pools (3 for children and 2 for adults). Slide from pool is only for children. Safe parking inside resort (incl. prin blocarea cu o alta masina prin dublare). - Food is good and diversified (from 9:00-21:00) at restaurant and fastfood.

- Cola or fanta is worst drinks ever taste (pisoarca). - Wi-Fi no have good signal (only to pool or to lobby bar). - "Room with see view" is actually room with "other hotel view" :).

I liked iberostar very much. hotel was run very well. Staff were helpful and friendly. Everything seemed clean. Food was good.and plenty. Poolside and bathing area cleaned every evening. walk over small wooden bridge to beach. e

My only problem was we were on 7th floor and i don`t like heights. but i did`nt mention this at time of booking

The pools were great for families and the dining options exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and always willing to help out when we needed anything.

The wi-fi was spotty .

It's cold in the rooms.

Good value for money.Especially liked that it had a big balcony.

When we tried to pay for the room, the credit card did not work.So we had to try for about three times until we left.The inconvenience caused by a technical problem was sorted out eventually.
